Michael Gonnella serves as SPARC’s Chief Financial Officer and is Chief Financial Officer and a Partner at Pershing Square. Mr. Gonnella also served as Chief Financial Officer of PSTH. Prior to his appointment as Pershing Square’s Chief Financial Officer in 2017, he served as senior controller of Pershing Square since joining the firm in 2005. Mr. Gonnella is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University in 2002.
